There are plenty of sporty options out there for all ability and experience levels. In recent years a number of variations of some of our most beloved sports have been developed, in order to provide options for people who might have previously felt that sport wasn’t for them.

Taking part in a sport can help you increase your fitness levels, while team sports and sports clubs can add a valuable social element to your activity and help you to connect with the community around you. Please seek medical advice if you’re unsure about exercising with an existing health condition.
