Save this itemWalking football is played at a much slower pace allowing many players who have loved the game throughout their lives to continue playing albeit at a gentler rate, and at the same time encourages players new to the game to take part knowing that the threat of any injury is dramatically reduced.
This weekly walking football class is for anyone, especially people affected by Parkinson’s.
When: Every Tuesday, 10am -11am
Where: Chatham Town FC, The Sports Ground, ME4 6LR
Cost: £3 per session Money goes to Parkinson’s foundation (Chairty)
