Wadokai Karate believe in the traditional methods of karate teaching, focusing on a structured class following the UK Bushido grading syllabus (British Wadokai). This format teaches discipline, focus, self control, confidence and fitness of the students.

Gillingham Wadokai

Want to spice up your free time with the kids? Fancy getting active and have a go at learning new skills over the Summer holidays? Get ready to kick, punch, and laugh together with these awesome family karate sessions. From tiny ninjas (aged over 5) to seasoned parents (no maximum age), everyone’s invited to join the fun. Families and solo learners welcome.

Where: Riverside Primary School, St Edmunds Way, Rainham, Gillingham ME8 8ET

When: Tuesdays 6-7pm

Cost: £5 per session (first session FREE)

Rochester Wadokai

These classes are open to ages 4 upwards and encourages parents / carers of the younger students to come and train alongside as this often helps them to settle and build confidence. Karate is for everyone, no matter the age or ability.

Where: Kings Rochester Sports Centre, Maidstone Road. Rochester Kent, ME1 3QJ

When: Wednesday 6 – 7pm all grades and 7 – 8pm senior grades; Friday 6 – 7pm all grades; Saturday 9 – 10am all grades.

Cost: £5 per lesson (pay as you go). Can also pay monthly.
