A new non-contact boxing class for people affected by Parkinson’s (partners, carers welcome) starting Friday 5 May 2023. No experience required!

When: Every Friday, 1pm – 2pm

Where: TKO boxing club, Folkestone Racecourse, Stone Street, Hythe CT21 4HX

Cost: £3 per class
