Male footballers playing football

Man v Fat Football was designed to inspire and encourage men who want to lose weight to take part in a sport where they can become healthier both physically and mentally and enjoy the beautiful game of football.

Uniquely, league places are decided not only on points won on the pitch, but also by how many pounds are lost off the pitch. Man v Fat Football offers real support to each and every player wanting to lose weight, with round the clock support created to motivate and inspire each player and informative resources provided to help them achieve their goals.

There are a whole raft of reasons why men join the leagues but ultimately they all have the same ambitions; to lose weight, improve their health and feel better about themselves and if they can make a few good mates along the way, then why not?

There’s currently Man v Fat Football Clubs in Maidstone, Chatham, Gillingham, Strood, Tonbridge, Gravesend, Dartford and Canterbury.
