No Strings Badminton Sessions (Ashford)

No Strings Badminton (NSB) is a national participation programme offering low-cost, fun ‘pay and play sessions’. Providing participants with a friendly and welcoming environment to play badminton, socialise and keep fit on their terms, NSB is fully inclusive and open to adult players of any age or ability.

Where: The Stour Centre, Station Approach Ashford, TN23 1ET

When: Junior sessions are Mondays 6.00pm – 8.00pm and Adult Sessions Mondays 8.00pm – 10.00pm

Cost: £3.00 per player for the juniors and £5 per player for the adults, payable on entry at reception.
