Walking Netball is supportive, community-focused and a good old laugh.
It is a slower version of the game we all love, it is netball, but at a walking pace. There are a few rule adaptations which help take the impact out of the activity but fundamentally it is “Walking Netball” – does what it says on the tin!
Walking Netball hosts specially design the sessions to be super welcoming and follow the same formats as any other netball sessions including a warm-up, mini-games and drills, followed by a friendly game.
