A new Chair Tap class helps to enhance physical and mental wellbeing and brain health, whilst helping to maintain cardio fitness and promote a sense of achievement. It is an excellent way to maintain or build strength in the muscles and joints of your feet, ankles, and legs. Tap dance also helps the brain to improve its capacity by learning rhythm patterns.
