We know a lot of people want to feel fitter and want to find activities they can do from the comfort of their home – Couch to Fitness is a free and flexible at-home online exercise programme for beginners. The multiweek plan involves 3 video sessions a week, with rest days in between so you can take it at your own pace. Bit by bit you’ll feel fitter, as you stick with the free fitness programme. It’s amazing what a difference it can make.
