Stretch and Move – Larkfield & Tonbridge

Our Stretch and Move classes are fun, supported and relaxed exercise session suited to those who are currently inactive due to either mobility or low fitness levels.

These hour-long classes include both seated and standing options and are tailored to suit both beginners and wheelchair users. Why not come along to one of our sessions and give it a try!

When: Every Monday at 11.00am (excluding bank holidays)
