Dance for Fun

‘Dance For Fun’ is a low impact cardio workout and each week participants will learn a simple new routine, before a gentle cool down at the end. This class is all about having fun, meeting new friends and having some me time.

Dancing is great for both your mental and physical health. It can help to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift our mood and ease anxiety. Dancing is also such a fun activity, that it helps us to build social bonds and improve our self-confidence.

Where: Larkfield Leisure Centre – Prima Dance Studio (free parking available)

When: TBC – Summer 2024

Cost: £3.50 – open to all

“Dance for Fun is an absolute joy to teach each Friday morning. I look forward to it every week and love choosing music and preparing routines I think the class will love. Each week we learn a simple dance routine, with no pressure to remember week to week. The class also has a strong focus on community and we have a little bit of social time each week. It’s incredible to see the friendships that have formed within the class over the years and the support the ladies give each other week to week.
