Music Movement at Spadework

Dementia friendly music movement

Our Music Movement session is an exciting, relaxed, movement class, in a safe, social and welcoming environment.

The session is an opportunity for people living with Dementia, memory loss, Parkinson’s or other neurological conditions, and their carers to do something fun together.

Music Movement aims to give people a sense of community, lots of laughs and friendship.

MONDAY SESSION

When: This session is held every 4th Monday of the month from 2.30 to 3.30pm

Where: Spadework, Teston Road, Offham, West Malling, ME19 5NA

Cost: £3 per participant. Carers attend for free

WEDNESDAY SESSION – starts 14 February 2024

When: This session is held every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 2.30 to 3.30pm
