The Big Bike Revival from Cycling UK aims to make cycling accessible to everyone. It’s all about helping everyone and anyone to begin or return to cycling through a programme of FREE activities and services, delivered by organisations who are part of the community.

New Big Bike Revival events are being added all the time. These FREE events are delivered by local partners to help more people start or return to cycling by Fixing Bikes, Teaching Skills and Leading Rides.

 

Gravesend:

Adult cycle tuition and beginner rides with Eva’s Pedal Power – FREE bike hire

Dartford:

Regular Saturday bike rides and 3 ‘Learn to Fix your bike’ workshops happening in February with CycleTy Dartford CCC. For more details cycletyfun@gmail.com or find them on Facebook.

 

Faversham:

Love to Ride confidence building sessions and gentle guided rides at Macknade in Faversham with Carley Coaching 

The Repair Café Faversham are offering free bike repairs in January & February with Dr Bike Dan from 10am-1pm – dates & venues can be found on their Facebook page.

 

Sheppey:

Sheppey Community Cycle Club at the Healthy Living Centre run Saturday Cycle Tuition, Bike Fixing and Led Rides.

Snodland:

Social bike rides (2 distances for all abilities) with Snodland Riders CCC and pop up cycle repairs on a Saturday with Community Cycleworks all at the Community Centre.

 

Folkstone:

Cycle Circle are hosting some pop-up bike repair sessions and ‘Learn to Fix your Bike’ workshops at Folkstone Leisure Centre. For details find them on Facebook or email spencer@cyclecircle.co.uk

 

Ebbsfleet:

There’s a series of free drop-in bike repair sessions happening at various locations around Ebbsfleet – for details check out their social media pages:  Facebook page or Ebbsfleet Garden City
