Every Wednesday 2pm – 4pm
This is a weekly session for you to discover the benefits of spending time in nature. Activities are suitable for all abilities and for people over 55 and younger people with underlying health conditions.
Come and join us for our new Wednesday Wellness Group sessions, where we teach participants the benefits of nature on their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as new gardening skills in a safe and friendly environment. The autumn/winter program includes learning to collect flower seeds, making flower seed bombs and making wreaths.
