TM Active 150 logo

The tmactive150 programme was designed to encourage members of the community to achieve the recommended 150 minutes of moderate activity per week.

Physical activity plays an extremely important part in keeping your body and mind healthy and fitting the 150 minutes into your week can be easier that you might think. Whether it’s going out for a brisk walk, a moderately challenging bike ride or even completing a low impact circuits session at home; anything that raises your heart rate will count and can improve your long-term health.

Working with partners such as Active Kent & Medway, Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, West Kent Mind and Dementia Friendly Tonbridge; TM Active support and deliver projects that help address health inequalities and offer people the opportunities to access physical activities in the Tonbridge area.

There are activities on offer for people of all experience and confidence levels, as well as activities for people who have mobility issues. Take a look and see if you can find something perfect for you.
