Get fit for free – parkrun

We are fortunate to have two parkruns in the local borough: Tonbridge parkrun and Malling parkrun. Taking place every Saturday morning at 9am, these free 5km timed events welcome all abilities. Bring the whole family including the dog and enjoy a walk, jog or run around the park. If you don't fancy running, then you can always volunteer and help cheer everyone on!
