Starting SOON! FREE Moving Well workshops in Folkestone this autumn. These welcoming, joyful sessions are for anyone aged 50+, no matter your experience, shape, or ability. Each week, you’ll loosen up, connect with others, and create a short group choreography based on your own stories and movements. When: Wednesdays, 3 September – 10 December (no session on 29 October) Time: 10.30am–12pm Venue: The Community Room, Wood Avenue, Folkestone, CT19 6HS
