Hi, I’m Caroline and I’m the Everyday Active Champion for Canterbury. I have a real passion for this community and I want to encourage people to become more active. Yoga, Pilates and many more

Try the new class programme FREE for a week. Canterbury Christ Church University is launching its new exercise class programme starting 2 January 2024. This may be a University gym and sports centre but it is open to the general public and welcomes all over the age of 16, especially those new to exercise and group classes, and it offers expert class teachers and experienced gym instructors.

Active 10 Walking Routes – Canterbury

Everyday Active have developed 10 walking routes that can be enjoyed from the centre of Kent and Medway’s largest towns. Each route consists of at least one “Active 10”, and – because each one starts from a town centre – is designed to fit around your daily life.
