Couch to 5k is a simple running plan for beginners, designed to help you work your way up from nothing, to being able to run 5km in a matter of weeks.

The programme provides weekly podcasts to help you along the way, or you can download the entire programme as an app. There are also loads of tips and useful guides to help you get to grips with the basics of running, and overcome any obstacles you may face along the way.
