Move it or Lose it exercise classes are for older people to help improve their strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health.

Founded in 2010, Move it or Lose it! has a network of instructors delivering exercise classes to thousands of older people every week across the country. The chair-based and standing exercises are delivered in community, care and gym settings.
