Olympia Boxing want to make a difference to the many individuals living with Parkinson’s. If you or someone you know is living with Parkinson’s then these free online BOX Fitness sessions could really benefit them. Sessions are virtual and can be enjoyed from a seated or standing position, so it does not matter your physical ability, just come along and have fun!

This programme is solely for people living with Parkinson’s and for their carers to engage in a fun, non-contact BOX Fitness programme and to socialise with other people living with Parkinson’s in their community. Research shows that intense exercise is helping greatly in delaying the progression of Parkinson’s and other neurological diseases and is helping to improve daily life.

  • FREE weekly online sessions via Zoom every Thursday 4pm-5pm.Olympia Boxing logo

This programme is run in partnership with The Medway Parkinson’s Working Age Group.
