BumpClub Walks (Medway)
Come and meet other parents to be/new parents and get active with BumpClub walks! If you are pregnant or if you have recently had your baby, walking is an excellent way to keep active in pregnancy and beyond.
Walks are held in the following locations and times:
- Mondays, 10:45am at Lordswood Community Hub, Lordswood
- Tuesdays, 10am at Dockside, St Mary’s Island
The walks are 2 mile circular routes which are accessible for buggies. All abilities are welcome and you can walk at your own pace.

BOOK YOUR PLACE FOr BUMP CLUB Walks (Medway)
BumpClub Medway is a 6-week programme for pregnant women who want to learn about eating right and staying active in pregnancy.
The sessions will take place online from 7.15pm to 8.15pm every Monday and Thursday.
We focus on staying healthy in pregnancy and beyond, with lots of information about baby care and more.
The sessions include:
- baby first aid
- pregnancy yoga
- midwife question and answer
- how to challenge yourself to stay active.
Eligibility
BumpClub Medway is completely free for pregnant people who:
- have a BMI below 19
- have a BMI above 25
- have pre-existing diabetes or gestational diabetes.
