Good Boost sessions take place in the pool using tablet‑guided activities that are tailored to your abilities and goals. The water supports your body, reduces pressure on the joints, and allows you to exercise comfortably -perfect for anyone managing pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to get moving in a low‑impact way.
