The Women’s Wellness Hub

The Women’s Wellness Hub offers 6- week courses designed to support women to become more active and to have a greater understanding of both the physical and mental health benefits that being active can bring.
Whether you’re just starting to get moving again or new to exercise, our Women’s Wellness Hub is a social, self-affirming and safe space for women to support each other.

Each week, the group meet for 60 minutes, the first part of the session is dedicated to trying a new activity, such as strength training and body conditioning for the Strength course, or a range of dance styles for Beginners dance, while the last 15 minutes a well-being topic, such as stretching and relaxation techniques.

The sessions are relaxed and informal, delivered in small groups, and aim to break down any barriers there may be for participating in activity.
