Welcome to the Women’s run and talk event at Victoria Park in Ashford. Join Women’s run and talk once a month for a fun evening of fitness and conversation.

This is a great opportunity to meet other women who share your love for running and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the park. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join.
