Kent Wildlife Trust offer FREE 6 week Wilder Wellbeing programmes across Kent. Sessions will include gentle walks where there will be opportunities to learn relaxation techniques to experience the benefits of nature to improve and maintain wellbeing.

Canterbury – Healthier Habits, Smoking Cessation

FREE sessions for adults who want to stop smoking and develop healthier habits. Consists of gentle walks and relaxation techniques to help you connect with nature and manage stress.

When: 16th and 23rd September 5.30-7pm, 1st and 8th October 1-3pm attend as many or few sessions as you wish.

Where: West Blean and Thornden Woods.

Romney, Dungeness

A free, 6-week, Wilder Wellbeing programme at Dungeness for adults who want to spend time outside in nature to improve their wellbeing. Consists of gentle walks and relaxation techniques to help you connect with nature and manage stress. September 2025.

When: Thursday 25 September – 30 October, 10am – 12pm

Where: RSPB Dungeness, TN29 9PN

Isle of Sheppey

For adults living on the Isle of Sheppey living with a physical or mental health condition.

When: 11th and 18th September, 2nd – 23rd October, 10am-12pm. The session will not run on 25th September.

Where: Elmley National Nature Reserve

Maidstone

For adults living in the Maidstone area with a physical or mental health condition or who are experiencing isolation or loneliness.

When: Tuesdays 30th September – 4th November, 1.45pm – 3.45pm

Where: Tyland Barn, Maidstone
