Wellbeing Over 55’s Ukulele

Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55’s in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.

When: Tuesdays 6pm

Where: St. Radigunds Community Centre, Poulton Close, Dover, England, CT17 0HL

Cost: £5 per week or £30 for the 6 week course

Ideal for those who have recently completed our Intermediate or Explorer classes or are competent club players. We will continue to expand our range of enhancements, hammer-on chords, lifts, intros and riffs as we challenge ourselves whilst enjoying playing and singing together.

So come along to this fun and satisfying activity, improve your skills, and you’ll soon be able to show off to family and friends!

Jim has run our courses with great success for a few years now, and many people return when we run a more advanced course. Several local ukulele groups have formed having first met on one of these courses. Many comments have been made by people who have attended this activity:

Loan ukuleles can be supplied for the duration of your course but please let us know if you will require one.
