RunTogether Couch to 5k

Following the success of five previous Couch to 5k groups, we will be leading another group of beginner runners to follow the programme and complete a full 5k run in under 3 months.

This block of 11 weeks will follow the Public Health England One You Couch to 5k programme, starting with a walking meet and greet and ending with a fully supported 5k challenge run. You will be expected to do one independent run and two group runs each week; however, if you can only make Thursdays or Sundays, we can support this too.

To complete the programme successfully, where possible BOOK the entire programme try to ATTEND every session.
