Saturday morning parkruns take place across Medway every Saturday at 9am. Facilitated by a host of friendly volunteers, the 5k distances are a great chance to take in Medway’s beautiful parks and open spaces. On Sunday mornings, there are 2k junior Parkruns for children aged four to fourteen. The parkrun events are positive, welcoming, and inclusive experiences where there is no time limit, and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to attend.
