A general Pilates class including standing, balance and floor exercises to improve posture, muscle tone, balance, and joint mobility. Please note to attend this class you must be able to lie on your back on a mat and self-transfer yourself to the floor.
Sessions taking place on the following days:
- Wednesday 7.30pm Indoor Pilates at St Mary’s Island community centre.
- Sunday 10am and 11am Outdoor Pilates at Anchorians field Gillingham (weather permitting only running till mid-October)
