Join us for a safe and uplifting workout with our expert instructors, alongside other parents looking to get fitter.  All whilst spending precious time with your little one!

These classes are perfect for parents of all fitness and experience levels, that wish to build strength, create a support group and bond with their baby!

Babies must be over the age of eight weeks and must remain in a push chair during the class, for their own and other’s safety.

Four amazing classes for you and your baby to choose from, throughout the week at Cyclopark.

  • Monday 10am Spin
  • Tuesday 10.15am Body Conditioning
  • Thursday 10am Kettlebells
  • Friday 10.15am HIIT
