Paracise in Tunbridge Wells

Paracise is a gentle low impact yet effective exercise class where movements flow smoothly.  This helps to improve posture, balance, flexibility and muscle memory.  Paracise is a 45 minute class with no floor work, ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury.

Classes are now available in Tunbridge Wells, so why not give this fun class a try.

When: Every Thursday at 12:00-12:45.
