Parkinson’s Exercise Class – Thanet

Neuro Physio Thanet, with support from Parkinson’s UK, is delivering two new classes to help the local Parkinson’s community get active.These classes will be high-intensity and led by a neuro physio.

When and where:

• Tuesdays 9.45am – 10.45am at Manston Village Hall, Ramsgate, CT12 5AZ – Starting 20 May 2025
• Wednesdays 1pm – 2pm at Methodist Church, Broadstairs, CT10 1PB – Starting 21 May 2025

Cost:

£60 for a six week block booking
