Kettlebell Bootcamp

Come along and learn new skills with the versatile kettlebells. Build on your technique and challenge your body.

 Boxercise
Boxing-based fitness class involving work on the pads and gloves, core and cardiovascular fitness. All abilities welcome. Booking essential. Pads and gloves are supplied, but you can also bring your own.

KettleflowYOGA™ is another class I’m offering as a 4 week course (4 consecutive weeks) but this will change from time to time when I schedule the next one. It is the fusion of strength and power training from kettlebells with the breathwork and flexibility aspects of yoga, resulting in a full body workout that improves functional movement, flexibility and strength. Booking Essential. Next course to be announced soon.

About Nathan

As a child I struggled with my weight and became unhappy with how I looked and how unfit I was. After losing 3 stone, building muscle and changing my lifestyle, I decided to turn what I had achieved, into a full time career.

I first qualified as a fitness instructor in 2011 and have now qualified as a personal trainer with knowledge in various fields including kettlebell training, circuit training, Boxercise, lower back pain management and nutrition.
Working with a wide range of clients I have increased my knowledge and helped many towards their goals, including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury management and prevention and race preparation (running).

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and healthy body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing will have you feeling great and seeing your new potential.
