These low impact exercise classes are designed for older adults and for anyone who is newly diagnosed or has had Parkinson’s for several years. All exercises can be performed seated or standing and can be adapted to suit individual needs. We keep moving and have fun.

These classes can improve balance, helping to prevent falls; improve strength to help you stay independent; improve cognitive function; improve your mood, as exercise produces a happy hormone; gives you more energy!
