As this is assisted living accommodation, you need to buzz to get in, but if I know a new person is attending, I can look out for them and let them in, as the manager isn’t always around to open the door.
Although there is a car park at Harrow Court, it is nearly always full. There is lots of on street parking though.

Either park in spaces outside the building or in a “v” for visitor space anywhere else. This is assisted living accommodation but the door is always open. If I know someone new is coming I always ask them to wait just inside the door, so I can show them where to go.

There is a car park, but it is small and is likely to be full. There is on street parking though. As this is a care home/rehabilitation centre, the door is locked, so will need to buzz to get in.
