Come and join these minimal impact exercise classes. A chair is provided if you need to sit down. The classes are different every week, sometimes focusing on slow stretching movements and other times focusing on cardio or toning. Using weights, resistance bands and stability balls (all provided). There is no upper or lower age limit.
