Happy Place Yoga offers yoga classes to people of all ages in Medway. Classes can be carried out online or in person and include Beginners Yoga and chair-based sessions to cover all abilities.

The benefits of Yoga include improvements to strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga should be for everyone and Happy Place Yoga classes are designed to help participants make progress in a gradual, safe, and effective way. Happy Place Yoga has also designed sessions to support those who are suffering from breathing issues caused by Covid-19. The 30-minute sessions include simple breathing exercises to strengthen respiratory muscles and calm the nervous system. The session includes deep relaxation and meditation to help participants with their breathing.

Weekly online classes:

• Yoga for Beginners – Every Wednesday, 6:00pm
• Yogic Breathing for Post Covid Recovery – Every Wednesday, 7:30pm
• Chair Yoga – Every Thursday, 9:00am
• Yoga for Beginners – Every Saturday, 9:00am

Cost: £5 per class
