Free Aging Well classes for anyone, especially anyone with a long term health condition or disability to get active this winter funded by Sport England – Active Kent and Medway. All are welcome!
All Orbit Housing venues are fully accessible and welcome non-residents to join the classes.
No need to book, just register on the day.
