Inclusive Sport will deliver friendly, in-person, coach-led strength, balance and mobility sessions for adults aged 50+, including those who are inactive, frail or living with long-term health conditions.

Sessions take place twice a week in a safe, supportive gym environment and focus on simple, everyday movements that help people feel stronger, steadier and more confident. Activities are fully adaptable, with chair-based and progressive options to support all abilities.

  • We will introduce a class on a Wednesdays if we have demand
