Stability Classes at Hermitage Park Community Centre

Build strength, balance and independence with these Stability Classes. Join a 12‑week programme with Instructor Penny, who will tailor each session to your needs and help you stay stronger for longer.

Throughout the programme, you’ll also receive FREE access to the Innerva Shapemaster power‑assisted equipment to support your progress and help you move more with confidence.
