Forever Active: Healthy Together Circuits 50+ – Sandwich

Programme of Healthy Together Circuits, delivered by Deal and Sandwich PCN. Each session will include a warm up, 6-8 functional circuit stations, cool-down and relaxation, with opportunity after for social connection and well-being check in. Sessions will be in person.
