More than just a fitness session, ChatterBox combines non-contact boxing fitness, strength-building exercises and social connection in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Delivered by Sport On Your Doorstep.

Designed to help you stay active, improve balance, coordination and confidence, each session includes simple boxing-based activities alongside light strength exercises suitable for all abilities. Most importantly, there’s plenty of time to chat, connect and enjoy being part of a welcoming community.

No boxing experience is needed, and nobody gets punched. Just movement, laughter, friendship and a chance to invest in your physical and mental wellbeing.
