Designed specifically for adults over 50, Sports 4 Change CIC‘s friendly and inclusive program offers an exciting mix of activities, including Darts, Walking Football or Netball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Padwork Boxing. Tailored to move at a pace that feels just right for your body.

Whether you are gently improving your balance with darts, enjoying the lower-impact teamwork of walking sports, sharpening your coordination with racket games, or building confidence and core strength through non-contact boxing pads, every session is a safe and supportive space to try something new.

You don’t need any prior experience to join in; every activity is fully adaptable to your comfort level, helping you stay strong, agile, and moving with confidence in everyday life.
