Clare’s Zumba, Fitness and Wellbeing (Medway)

Clare is an amazing Zumba instructor delivering Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold and Zumba Kids classes for all abilities.

Zumba Gold is perfect for both active older adults and people wanting to get back or into exercising, with gentle dancing to Latin style music.

Clare’s classes can be done seated or standing, with dancing for 40mins followed by tea or coffee and a chat!

When: Fridays, starting 3rd November –  9:30am-11am

Christmas Break:  Back on Friday 5th Jan 2024

Where: The Shaw Memorial Hall (St Augustine’s Church), Rock Avenue, Gillingham (ME7 5PW)

Cost: No membership needed, just a suggested donation of £3.00 for the session, if you can.
