Would you like to walk in the great outdoors, but struggle because of your back, knees, or hips, a health condition or injury? Nordic walking could be the perfect way for you to take up walking.

Our Nordic Walking Programme is now open to ALL Walkers

We are passionate about Walking, with or without poles, and we would love for you to join us!

If you love walking and socialising, perhaps want to get back into walking, why not come to one or all of our walks: Registration and the walks are FREE.

  • The Healthy Living Centre (meet outside at back of waterfront room)

When: Every Monday, 10:00 – 11:00. Suitable for All levels.

  • Queenborough Harbour Walk (meet at corner near Bosun’s)

When: Start date to be confirmed (10:00 – 11:00). Will be suitable for All levels.

  • The Beach Hut – Leysdown (Shellness)

When: Every Tuesday, 9:30 – 10:30. Suitable for All Levels

  • The Leas (Little Oyster Café Carpark)

When: Every Thursday,10:00 – 11:00. Suitable for quick paced walkers

When: Every Thursday, 11:15 – 12:15. Suitable for All levels

  • The Leas (Little Oyster Café Carpark)

When: Every Friday, 10:00 – 11:00. Suitable for All Levels

We chat and laugh, whilst also encouraging and supporting one another to get better and fitter. The walks are a friendly, social occasion, and they always finish with a cup of tea.
