AMG Dance (Medway)

AMG Dance promote fitness, positive attitudes, and creative minds. They offer a range of dance classes with FREE taster sessions for all adult fitness classes (16+), youth dance (13+), funky ballet and contemporary (7-12 years) plus ACRO (6-10 years).

• Funky Ballet and Contemporary dance – An uplifting class that teaches children the basics of Ballet technique and an introduction to Contemporary and Creative dance. The dancers will learn the discipline of the dance genres whilst encouraged to be creative.  All linked to topics, themes, or music.
• POP Dance – An energetic dance class to the latest hits:  learning steps, routines as well as including Fun Games
• Commercial Dance – This class combines Street, Jazz, Hip Hop and Freestyle. Learn technical steps as well as improving the dancer’s confidence to find their own style of dance.
• Beginners Acro – This class will improve the dancers flexibilty and strength to be able to achieve a few tricks tailored to their individual needs. The dancer will also learn basic dance steps to combine with their tricks.
• 13+ years Youth Dance (A mix of Ballet, Contemporary, Street and Jazz) Our AMG Teacher Chelsea runs an upbeat class that pushes our students physically and creatively. • BODY BOOST AND TONE – Join Alix every Wednesday for a fun 30-min energetic BODY TONING class that helps improve your strength and fitness. Day: Wednesdays Time: 7:45pm-8:15pm. £5.75–Taster session – Discount price– £3.25
