Stretch and Tone

Stretch and Tone is a gentle Pilates based exercise classes for women, to improve balance, mobility and strength.

Gym clothing not necessary, but please wear loose fitting clothing that allows movement and bring water to drink.

Mat Pilates

Pilates at Sisu Fitness classes are based on classical Pilates. Lena incorporates many of the original Pilates exercises to help improve posture, flexibility and build core strength.

These classes are fun, based around an intermediate to advanced level to really challenge you.

 Pregnancy Pilates

Pregnancy Pilates classes are suitable from 14 weeks onwards. The classes focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, core and support for the latter stages of pregnancy, including preparation for birth.

Pregnancy Pilates classes run twice across the week at:

Tuesdays 6pm- 7pm

Woodlands Academy, Gillingham

Thursdays 7.30pm to 8.30pm

BhangraBollyFlow

BhangraBollyFlow classes are a fusion of chair Pilates and chair bhangra fit classes. These sessions are designed for those ages 60 years and over. Sessions alternate monthly between Pilates and Bhangra and Bollywood Dance.

When: Classes alternate between Fridays 12.30pm – 1.30pm, and Mondays 1pm – 2pm

Where: Mid Kent College

Reformer Pilates 1-2-1 sessions focus on improving flexibility, mobility. It’s especially good for older ages to exercise in a supported way.
