Join West Kent Mind for a weekly relaxed group walk supporting wellbeing through gentle exercise, conversation and connection with others who understand.

Led by a peer support worker, alongside a trained wellbeing worker and volunteer, these sessions offer a welcoming, information apces to meet others, enjoy nature and boost your mood.

  • Small, supportive groups (up to 10 people)
  • 1 hour per week for six weeks
  • Specific groups of dog walkers, men, parent/carer & baby and many more
