Kent Wildlife Trust is launching a new 12‑week programme designed to help people over 50 boost their health, confidence, and long‑term independence through the power of being out in nature. Learn how to Nordic walk, a full‑body activity using specially designed poles proven to build strength, improve balance, and support staying active for longer.
