In person, weekly walking football sessions delivered by PACE Foundation CIC  for adults aged 50+, taking place at Sandwich Leisure Centre, and designed to improve muscle strength, balance, and mobility.

Each session will begin with a structured warm-up, followed by a main session which will involve walking football drills and small-sided games, using controlled brisk walking movements, passing, turning, and directional changes to further develop strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Sessions will conclude with a cool-down and stretching period to maintain flexibility and support recovery.
